please read all shop policies before making any purchases! by making a purchase you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions as stated in our policies below.

please make sure that the address attached to your paypal is where you’d like your package to be sent. we will not be responsible if your order makes it to the wrong home if we are not told of a change in address within 24 hours as some orders are shipped the next day. we are not responsible if an address is inputed wrong.



handling the crystals:

crystals and stones are a precious gift from mother earth. they need to be treated with grace and respect as they are emitting energy and are very delicate. each stone is natural and may vary in color, shape, and or size as i try to use as many raw pieces as possible. please use common sense when wearing your pieces. avoid showering with them on or doing vigorous activities. also please do not apply perfume/lotion etc. exactly on them.


payment:

your order will not be sent out to you until your payment has been processed. if your payment does show up as pending, an email will be sent to you to make you aware that it will not be shipped out until we have received it.

as for now, until we are on our new website, the only way to make purchases through our big cartel will be through paypal. this is a service offered by big cartel and paypal and we in no way have an in depth knowledge of the paypal system. if you are having an issue with your payment, you will need to contact them, not us, regarding your issue. we only receive the payment.


shipping:

if you would like an order to be sent the next day, you will need to please send an email to us before purchasing to make sure that that is a doable option.

for orders within the united states: all orders are sent first class mail via the USPS (United States Postal Service). to upgrade to priority mail please inform us so we can give you adjusted prices.
due to the large volume of orders we are currently receiving, all orders will be sent out within 1 week of purchasing. you will receive an email via the email used on paypal for your purchase once your shipping label has been printed. it may still take another couple for days for your order to be prepared and sent to you once your shipping label has been printed. please check your order’s tracking before you send us as email regarding the tracking of your order. if you see no progress within 7 days, please let us know so we can assist you further. after the order is sent it takes anywhere from 1-4 days for the order to be received.

for international orders outside of the united states: all international orders are sent first class international mail via the USPS (United States Postal Service). due to the large volume of orders we are currently receiving, all orders will be sent out within 1 week of purchasing. as the system currently goes, paypal labels will only print out for orders within the United States. orders outside of the US are shipped through USPS.com. when an order is shipped out you will receive an email to the email attached to your paypal account with the customs declaration number and date the order was sent for proof of shipment. international orders tend to take anywhere from 5- 50 days (1-6 weeks) depending on the location and individual countries custom law. please be patient as we will not be issuing a refund inside of this time period, only if an order has not arrived after this time period..

also, please make note that we cannot be held responsible for lost orders, orders held up in customs, import fees, tariffs, stolen items, undelivered items, duty fees, or taxes in regards to your shipment. etc. it is our job to get the package to the post office and from there it is in their hands, not ours. if an order has yet to arrive, we ask that you please contact your local post office first with the details sent to you in regards to your order. please check the rules and regulations in regards to your country before ordering from us. we have no way to track your item as soon as it reaches your country. it goes through your own local post office system that is not in registry with the USPS (united states post office) for those international customers placing orders in canada, tracking should now be available for your order and it will be sent to you in your confirmation email once your customs declaration has been purchased and your order sent off to you.


-prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.



if for any reason you would like to expedite your order or would like to purchase insurance we are more than happy to accommodate that, please just contact us ahead of placing your order so that we can adjust the shipping price for you.

shipping charges are nonrefundable.

in the small chance that the wrong items are sent, if still in stock, the original items ordered will be resent free of charge. if the original items are not still in stock then a full refund will be issued, shipping charges included.


refunds:

if you change your mind about a purchase, we need to know within 48 hours of that purchase as some items do get shipped out right away. if it is outside of that 48 hour period then i am sorry we will not be able to offer you a refund. thank you for your understanding.

please shop with confidence. every listing has exact dimensions and pictures of what the item looks like. returns will be issued only to those customers who have a problem with their order and make us aware within a week of receiving that order. although we try and make sure all items are packaged as safe and secure as possible, if any damage has occurred during the shipping process or any part of the item breaks within the first week it has been received, we will be more then happy to get a new one sent to you. a picture may be needed to show proof.

please allow up to 4 weeks since you order was placed for any and all refunds to be processed. your refund will only be made to the account via paypal that you made your original purchase with.


exchanges:

if you wish to make an exchange, you will need to pay to send the item back and then pay for the postage for the new item to be sent. the new piece you wish to exchange for can be of equal or lesser value. the item needs to be unworn and in the same condition it was when you received it.

all septums, both pierced and unpierced are final sale!

custom orders:

custom orders are not available at this time.

emails:
please allow up to 3-4 days for responses to emails. we're so sorry for this length of time period, but since we have been receiving such a high volume of orders and emails it's the best we can do at this time and we appreciate your patience so much.
